Welcome to my website 
I have had an interest in photography for over 50 years now. It started when I was given my first enlarger at the age of 15. I joined Sale Photographic Society (SPS) in 1979 and have been a keen member ever since holding most of the offices at some time or other. At first I was still a keen darkroom worker developing both mono and colour work although I must say that mono has always been my main interest.
About eight years ago I discovered Photoshop and realised that it really suited me and although at first, like a lot of people I overused the available technology, I eventually returned to the state where the image was what counted more than how it was achieved.
The images on this site have been taken over the last 10 years and have mainly taken on trips away.
